This week's ingredient

I have to laugh when I go out to restaurant's and find the salmon dinners so overpriced.  It is one of the most affordable sources of protein after eggs in my opinion and oh, so simple to cook.  Here is the kind I like to buy:

I always look for "wild caught."  This would be in contrast to farm raised where conditions can be less than ideal. 

My husband and I eat salmon about once a week and just love it.
