This week's recipe



leftover veggies from other meals

1-2 zuchinnis, spiralized

1 salmon filet


Bake the salmon fillet (wrap in foil with a tablespoon of butter) at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes

Meanwhile spiralize the zuchinni and place in a non stick pan along with leftover veggies and butter and warm and season to preference about five minutes.  Plate the veggie mixture and place the salmon filet on top.
