R I C O T T A C H E E S E
I'm continually looking for new ways to use this because I love it. If you have any suggestions, please clue me in.
Here are 2 things I use it in:
Easy Million Dollar Spaghetti: zoodles or spaghetti squash, ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese to taste, sauce of choice (marinara or alfredo) and meat of choice (italian sausage or chicken cooked). Mix together and inhale. Makes your tummy very happy.
Quick lasagna: layer a little sauce, ricotta, meat, mozzarella and spices to taste in a microwave dish 2-3 times. Bake or microwave until cheese is melted. If you use too much sauce it ends up more like lasagna soup but no matter...still delicious!
