This week's recipe

You are sitting there eating your eggs and bacon and think "I wish I could have hashbrowns but they have so many carbs *sadface*"  Well, I figured out a way that you can:  don't make them out of potatoes.  make them out of bagged coleslaw mix!

1 egg to 1 cup coleslaw mix.  spice to taste and fry it up!  It's a gamechanger folks!
