Cabbage! Love it! Although it can be stinky when cooking, there are ways around that. Again, this is one of those vegetables that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pool back in the day but after two or three tries it became yummy to me. It's funny, the further you get away from sugar, the more your taste buds wake up and really taste the foods that are good for you.
