Kitchen tip

Do you eat the same thing all the time?  Some people do.  I tend to go through food phases.  I find a recipe I like and I'll eat for a few weeks...often!

But I also appreciate variety which means I try new recipes often as well...it makes me feel full of adventure.

This week, I found a recipe for faux potatoes that I am especially excited about because I haven't eaten white potatoes in about 2 years.

But I fooled my tummy this week with a new vegetable used in a new recipe.  So tune in Wednesday and Friday to find out what they are!
