This week's recipe

is:

chocolate avocado smoothie

1 small to medium avocado, peeled
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of granulated sweetener of choice
splash of extract of choice

blend in single serve blender.  add 1/2 cup ice.  blend one more time.  grab a spoon and enjoy the decadent, healthy shake.  at this point, i've been enjoying one almost every day.

no taste of avocado at all.  just creamy, chocolatey goodness.  try it just once...there will be no looking back.
