Love, love, love this veggie. I call it a green bean deluxe upgrade. My favorite way to cook it is roasted in olive oil with parmesan cheese sprinkled over it (400 degrees for 20 minutes). I also love it cooked in the air fryer (400 degrees for 6 minutes, depending on the thickness of the stalks).
But I found a new idea for it that I'm going to try and report to you on Friday...we'll see if it turns out.
