This week's tip

When you meal plan, it's much much easier to grocery shop and stock your pantry.  I pretty much eat things that use common ingredients but put together in a variety of ways so that my diet is diverse enough so I don't feel I'm eating the same things day to day.  Here is what I typically eat daily during the week:

A salad - different toppings/dressings like seeds/nuts/dressings I make

A protein bar or a smoothie

Meat and veggie:  hamburger, chicken, pork or fish and brussel sprouts/green beans/zuchinni/cabbage

Eggs: scrambled/omelet/fried or in a muffin

That's it!  Pretty simple!
