This week's recipe

Chicken, pork, salmon or tuna can all be used.

Dredge your chicken or pork in egg and then in pork rind crumbs.  Air fry or pan fry (in coconut oil).  Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm.


For salmon or tuna, mix the drained meat (using canned), eggs and pork rind crumbs until mixture clings together.  Form into patties and again air fry or pan fry (in coconut oil).

Again.... mmmm, mmmm, mmmm.
