This week's tip is something I do on the weekend in particular because why don't we as home chefs get the weekend off like everyone else? I call it successive meal planning...or getting at least 2 meals out of one effort.
This weekend, I cooked several chicken breasts in my crockpot.
Meal 1 - chicken, bacon ranch all mixed up together with green beans for me and rice for my husband.
Meal 2 - shred up chicken and mix with sugar free barbeque sauce and put it on top of 90 second keto bread. Serve with salad.
Meal 3 - will be this week's recipe (a Donna made up one)...so you are going to have to wait for Wednesday and Friday's post to find out. So don't forget to check back!
