Muffin in a mug variation



I made a new one just this morning.  Here are the ingredients for one waffle:

1 TBSP almond flour
1 TBSP flax seed
1 TBSP coconut flour
1/2 TBSP cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 TBSP sweetener of choice
1 TBSP coconut oil
1 TBSP water

Mix ingredients and bake on a waffle iron or in a mug in the microwave (80-90seconds).  Spread a frosting on top of 1 TBSP cream cheese, 1 TBSP butter and sweetener on top.

A delicious breakfast to start your day.

Note:  I forgot to take a picture before I scarfed it down.  The picture above is pretty close but without the frosting.
