Since the 1st of May, I've regained 10 lbs....UGGHHH! So this week, I'm going back to the basics...doing what I first did; writing everything down and eliminating foods that I have allowed to creep back into my diet (like peanuts and malitol). I'm also setting weekly goals. I'm coming to the conclusion that this way of eating will have to be a lifelong discipline. Some people can let up but it seems I'm not one of those people. Oh well! I can stomp my feet about it or rise to the occasion.
