This week's kitchen tool

When you are learning to bake without regular flour and sugar, you have to make some adjustments.

Gluten-free, sugar-free, keto and lchf baking are much "stickier" doughs than you are used to.

Hence, your new best friend is parchment paper.  This is the kind I use:

An added bonus:  clean up is way easier.  I'll share with you a couple of recipes that are game changers on Wednesday and Friday.
